Lilian Teuffenbach is a founding member of the corporate university “OEBB Akademie” of Austria's largest mobility services provider with about 40,000 employees (OEBB group). Her heart beats for the motivation and development of leaders and talents.As Senior Specialist in HR Management, she strategically managed the group wide leadership development and thus helped over 500 managers to grow on both a personal and professional level.
As a mentor, she has guided numerous trainees. By sharing her knowledge and giving them transparent feedback, she enabled, encouraged, and promoted young talents along their way. 5 languages, 7 yrs working and studying abroad and travels around the world make her a philanthropist with the strong belief that education opens the world, breaks down barriers and thus solves most problems in the world.
